We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart) to ensure wide coverage across India.

  • Local (Within Gujarat): 2–3 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • North-East & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999].

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 60] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a Tracking Link. You can use this link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

5. Undelivered Packages (RTO)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of a COD order:

  • We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at cretech90@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
